@LeeJeans and Mike Rowe of “Dirty Jobs” fame have teamed up to launch www.ShopPhobia.com, where men can learn to shop without fear or “without losing your manhood”
Take the Shop Phobie test and find out if you are NOT BAD, BAD, DIRE, or HOPELESS!
As a BONUS, once you take the challenge you will get a $5.00 coupon and free shipping to buy Lee jeans online.
To celebrate the launch of Shop Phobia, Lee Jeans wants to give FIVE Sweeties a pair of either Lee Premium Select jeans for men or Lee Slender Secret jeans for women just for sharing their most “shop phobic” moment.
Watch Mike Rowe’s video and you will realize how different men and women are when it comes to shopping. Mike is too funny.
He asks,
“Do you know what is nice about trying on jeans? He says, NOTHING, there’s nothing nice about trying on jeans.
He’s too cute!
Men often think like Mike, that they are just about naked in this tiny room with white walls, hoping that no one sees them in their tighty whiteys, while women see shopping and trying clothes on as an emotional experience. I’m not completely sure that Mike is convinced that it is indeed okay to try his Lee jeans on in a dressing room in public – gotta love him.
One thing he is sure of though is that he likes Lee jeans. They were reasonably priced for him and it made his butt look good – lol
Lee jeans are durable and stylish, a pair of jeans a regular-guy can wear. There’s nothing like a good fitting pair of jeans.
Last December I actually won a pair of Lee Slender Secret jeans from the Lees Facebook page. And, I did a review of them. I have always loved and worn Lee jeans for as long as I can remember.
The Prize:
Five winners will receive: a pair of Lee jeans – Lee Premium Select jeans for men or Lee Slender Secret jeans for women

Like Mike Rowe, what is your most “shop phobic” moment?
When you know exactly what you are looking for and cannot find it anywhere, so you spend 3 hours and have no luck. Also jeans are so hard to try on, they never look the same.
Finding clothes to fit after having twins ughhh!
It’s so hard to find the right fit!
Like Mike Rowe, what is your most “shop phobic” moment?
Buying a pair of pants that feel just right only after you wear them the to big buy the end of the day!
Going shopping to window shop then buying out the store
finding out your real size after giving birth…traumatic!
Currently being right between a medium and large top in most brands is beyond frustrating. Medium is tight in the chest and arms for some, but large just hangs and doesn’t flatter. I’ve given up and just wear my old worn out shirts most of the time!
Realizing that you are liking styles in the juniors section…but I try ’em on anyway
Trying on clothes is the worst…..
forgetting my money
Not being able to find an outfit that suits your, ahem, curves 🙂
Waiting for dressing rooms while your kids are crying…omg, it is tough!
I have recently lost 170 lbs+ and hate trying on jeans—new body shape, new sizes, trying to figure it out is very frustrating!!!!!!
Wow, congrats on the weight loss. That’s great!
having to take the kids with me…not finding clothes that fit
I tweeted!
shoe shopping– hate it!
I’m always afraid that my little one will open the dressing room door while I am in the middle of trying on clothes!!!
Knowing that when you go into a dressing room, the mirror won’t lie to you like the one in your room. The lighting is harsh and that 10lbs you gained still looks like 40lbs when you are trying on swimsuits.
Trying to find something that fits!!
I Just hate shopping for clothes…period

Too many things that look cute ends up making me look like the marshmellow man… or maybe its just me!
One time in Old Navy I was shopping with my 6 month old and 7 year old. I don’t know what it is about stores but they are natural laxatives (especially craft stores, I don’t know what it is about craft stores.) But, on this particular Old Navy day I was “dying” and told my 7 year old to watch the baby. There was a line for the bathroom. After sweating in line I finally made it. Afterwards I warned the line behind me that they “do not want to go in there.” That is my most shop-a-phobic moment. Ever! Would love to win a pair of lee jeans so this never happens again!
at my age it’s very difficult to find jeans that don’t look like “mom jeans” i think Lee is great!
