One (1) Grand Prize: a Harlem Globetrotters backyard party which includes a two hour event with player performances, Globie appearance, and food and beverages for winner and up to twenty four guests. Winner will also receive a prize package that includes one customized Harlem Globetrotters jersey, one basketball, one wristband, and one headband. Exact date and time of backyard party to be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests at backyard party may be photographed, videotaped and otherwise recorded by Sponsor during the backyard party. Footage will be owned by Sponsor who has the right to use, edit, adapt, post, stream, copy and exploit such Footage and all elements embodied therein, including any names and likenesses embodied therein, on social media and in any and all media now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, for advertising, promotional, trade and other purposes. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that his/her name and likeness and those of any other individuals present may be included in the Footage, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
