If you enter via watching the video (and you’re a non-member) you will get a call. That said, the gentleman was VERY nice. Said he’d like to send me some more information but wanted to ask my permission first. I thought that was very professional. I was honest; told him I was only interested in the sweepstakes and had no need for membership into the Disney Vacation Club and that he’d be wasting resources to send it to me. I even told him about how once, about 15 years ago, I was at WDW with my husband for a 10-day business event he had down there and I was on my own for almost the whole time. I got so bored I finally walked over to the Boardwalk (we were staying at the Dolphin) and asked if it would be okay if I sat through their presentation, letting them know up-front that I had absolutely no interest in purchasing a membership. They were very gracious and let me go through with another couple, and they never bugged me at all. I don’t even think they made me fill anything out. I never got any follow-up calls or literature. So not your typical time-share hard sell. Don’t be afraid of entering it…just let them know up front that you’re not interested when they call.
I watched the video and could not complete the entry form for the sweepstakes. Is this a scam? I wasted valuable time with no results.
Thanks
Would like to know who actually won
