Mail: hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, cellular phone number (if any), email address (if any), and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to

On the outside of the envelope, write the date for which you are entering (ex: 6/3/12). If you do not mark a date on the outside of the envelope, Sponsor will use the postmark date. You will receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes for the date indicated. One entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by July 2, 2012 and received by July 9, 2012.

Entry Limit: one entry per person per day during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Thirty (30) Grand Prizes (one per day): a flyaway which includes two (2) reserved tickets to The Fray concert at the Nikon at Jones Beach Theater in Wantaugh, NY scheduled to take place on 8/21/12; round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from the airport nearest Grand Prize winner’s home within the U.S. to an airport serving the New York area, departing on or around 8/20/12 and returning on or around 8/22/12; round trip ground transportation between airport and hotel; and one double occupancy standard hotel room for two (2) nights. Each Grand Prize also includes one post-show meet & greet for the winner and one guest at the concert venue on 8/21/12. Meet & Greet portion of prize will not be awarded to anyone who the Sweepstakes Entities and/or venue personnel deem to be intoxicated and may be a safety risk. ARV: $2,200.00
