Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States, except Rhode Island, 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Entrants must be physically located in the United States.

Entry Dates for Sweepstakes and Spin to Win Game: The sweepstakes begins on January 14, 2010, and ends on March 11, 2010.

Extra Sweepstakes Entries: To garner additional entries, participants may refer a friend via the “tell a friend” tool on cozi.com. Each friend that clicks through on the referral link that is sent via the “tell a friend” tool is equal to an additional sweepstakes entry.

Enter the Sweepstakes by Mail: If you want to enter the sweepstakes via mail, hand print your name, complete address, city, state, ZIP code, telephone number (including area code), and email address on a plain 3″ X 5″ postcard and mail your entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope postmarked before the notified end date of the sweepstakes to:

Daily Prizes: Up to ten (10) total prizes will be given away every day during the promotion period (Total ARV = $4500, approximately $8 each, 560 total prize being given away). Prizes include up to three (3) OXO products* and up to eight (8) limited-edition Cozi reusable totes. Winners of an OXO product* will be responsible for any terms and conditions required by OXO related to the prize. Up to ten (10) daily winners will match three Cozi peanut butters.
