With Purchase Entry: Look for the Official Game Piece printed on the inside package flap of specially-marked packages of Chock Full o’Nuts Single Serve Coffee for a winning game message. If your specially-marked package contains a Winner game piece message, then you win the prize indicated – subject to verification. If your specially-marked package does not contain a “Winner” game piece message you did not win a prize.

VT residents may omit return postage. Requests for free game piece must be postmarked on or before December 31, 2016 and received by the Administrator on or before January 5, 2017. Limit one free game piece request per outer stamped mailing envelope.

To Claim Prize: If your game piece says: Winner and lists one of the prizes described below, to claim a prize, you must mail your game piece, together with a 3″ x 5″ paper on which you have printed your complete name, address (including zip code) and daytime phone number, in a stamped envelope to the Administrator at the following address:

Second Chance Drawing: In the event any of the prizes remain unclaimed by January 14, 2017, a second chance drawing will be held on January 23, 2017 to award all remaining prizes.
