i just received this email from capital one, as they responded to my e-mail and they stated, “Thank you for your inquiry. If you are a potential winner for this promotion an official notification package and confirmation will be sent to you per the Official Rules.” They never said when they where sending out notifications so guess well just have to wait and see.
