There are 3 parts to the California Kitchen Thank You promotion – an in-store Thank you Game, Instant Win Game, and Coupon Offer

Entry Dates: Instant Win Game begins at on April 19 – June 5, 2011 at 11:59 pm HST. Coupon Offer begins April 19 – July 3, 2011

Game Details: Visit a participating CPK in the continental U.S. and Hawaii (excluding CPK airport locations, CPK ASAP Fast Casual Restaurants, the CPK location at the Mirage in Las Vegas, stadiums, universities and KOP Travel Plaza) during the Game Period and obtain an Envelope, while supplies last by. Instant Win Game Details:

How to Play: visit www.facebook.com/californiapizzakitchen. After you “Like” the CPK Facebook page, vote and then spin the virtual California Pizza Kitchen Globe.

Entry Limit: one game play per person, per day.

CPK’s Biggest Fanatic Grand Prize Voting: During the “Instant Win” Period, participants may follow the instructions provided to vote for the participant they would like to become CPK’s Biggest Fanatic. After you vote, you are given the opportunity to spin the virtual California Pizza Kitchen globe to win instant prizes. Participants can vote for themselves and can invite friends who are at least 18 years of age and fans of CPK on Facebook to www.facebook.com/californiapizzakitchen to register and vote.

Voting Limit: one vote per person, using only one Facebook account, per day. xpire one week from date of issue and must be redeemed by 6/12/11.

Instant Win Game Prizes:

One Grand Prize: Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to any CPK city in the world. Trip includes round trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to designated location, six (6) nights and seven (7) days hotel accommodations, and a check for $10,000 to be issued in the name of the winner that may be used as spending cash. ARV: $35,000. Winner will only be taxed upon total final cost of prize trip.

One Runner Up #1 Voting Prize: $2,500 awarded in the form of a CPK gift card.

One Runner Up #2 Voting Prize: $1,000 awarded in the form of a CPK gift card.
