Requests sent in an envelope will not be accepted. Mail-in requests must be postmarked by April 30, 2021 and received by May 10, 2021. After an entrant has logged on or registered he/she must then follow the instructions on the Website to upload an image of the Qualifying Purchase receipt. The entrant must then follow the on-screen instructions to play the instant win game and receive one Game Play. Each Qualifying Purchase receipt may only be used once. A Qualifying Purchase receipt must be dated during the Promotion Period to be valid. Any Game Play made using a Qualifying Purchase receipt dated outside of the Purchase Period will be voided and not eligible to win a prize.
