i, too, do not understand how to log in to this site. do you enter your email? and who am i sending it to, then? why make it so difficult? i have read everything there is to read on this one page and all the tiny print on the little code tickets. i won a double cheeseburger. so i still have to enter the code on That ticket, to Get the burger?
I get the email with code and link BUT the link will not take me to a site that I can enter the code. Frustrating. Hopefully they will work out the kinks.

I sign up, check email and go on the link, but from then on… who knows? I only see food offers, but no where to enter the code. Every time I try to regain hope on sweepstakes… this happens.
I had to update my app and on the front when you log in if you scroll down there is a box that say season winnings and play winter whopper land one box is green and one is red. and if you click on it it lets you put in your code and then tells what you have won.

I believe Burger King is having issues. The game isn’t working for anyone. Hopefully they will fix it soon.
I’ve requested codes twice with no response. I wish BK would make some announcment on their social media and fix these issues.
