How to Enter:

By Mail: Look for the special Avocado on Top advertisement inside the participating newspapers on or about 11/14/10. Complete the entry information included in the advertisement. Alternatively, complete a tear pad entry form found in select retailers; or on a plain piece of 3″x 5″ paper, hand print your complete name, address, date of birth, e-mail address (if available), daytime phone numbers and the words, “Avocado on Top Sweepstakes”. Mail in your entry in an envelope with sufficient postage affixed to:

Refer-a-friend bonus sweepstakes entry: You have the option of providing a friend’s/relative’s email address to obtain an additional bonus entry into the Sweepstakes. You may submit up to ten (10) email addresses for up to ten (10) bonus Sweepstakes entries by following the online instructions at the promotion Website. For each valid email address you provide, you will receive one (1) additional entry into the Sweepstakes for a maximum of ten (10) bonus referral entries per person during the Promotion Period.

Entry Limit: one registration entry per person for the Promotion Period; and limit ten (10) Refer-A-Friend bonus entries per person for the Promotion Period.
