Retweets are excluded and will not be considered eligible entries.
Entry Limit: one entry per person per day
Forty-Two Grand Prizes (one per day): a $1,000 Visa gift card
Prize Limit: one prize per person.
Grand Prize Drawings: winners will randomly be selected from all eligible entries received during each Daily Entry Period, on or around the following business day. Do you think it’s ok to use the same photo each day, as long as it isn’t a retweet?
Can you use a photo from the Wendy’s website? Or does it have to be a photo you take yourself either of a sandwich you bought or an advertisement you see in an actual Wendys? I’m trying to see if this can be done without making a trip to Wendys, lol. Thanks!
I believe it can be a photo of any ad. The rules didn’t specify that you had to be there to get the photo. You may want to see what other people are posting on Twitter to get an idea

omg, I’m so grossed out now. Someone put a horrid photo up there. Ugh! It is so disgusting! Sorry, don’t mean to be so negative, but if you saw this photo you would be sick! The person’s name starts with hobo and he should be reported. Ugh!

Yes, the photo is on twitter, I should have said that. It’s in the Wendy’s flatbread sweeps media gallery. It has been up there since noon today. Let’s just say it involves nudity and feces. I can’t believe the Wendy’s twitter folks haven’t taken it down. I don’t know how to report it. It has been in the “top photos” all day. Ugh! Talk about an appetite killer, incredibly gross.

Thanks, Samantha, hopefully they will remove the photo – there is another photo up there today on the Wendy’s sweeps of a fake ‘behind’ which looks like sunshine and lollipops compared to the repulsive photo from yesterday, lol. I only use twitter for sweeps, that’s why I was so shocked to see yesterday’s photo. Maybe this is common on twitter? I wish I could get the image out of my head! Ugh!
