With Purchase Entry (Angel Card cardholders only): Submit an online registration form during the Promotion Period by visiting HERE and following the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form. After submitting a valid registration, every time you make a purchase on your Angel Card during the Fashion Show Entry Period, you will automatically receive one entry into the drawing for the Fashion Show prize, and every time you make a purchase on your Angel Card during the Weekly Entry Periods, you will receive one entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period prize drawing. No minimum purchase is required. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same Angel Card account.
Without Purchase Mail-in Entry (Cardholders and non- Cardholders): Hand print your full name, address, phone number, valid email address and date of birth on a 4″ x 6″ piece of paper and mail it in a sealed envelope with proper postage to:

Each Mail-In Entry must be postmarked by the End Date and received by the AMOE Received by Date of the Fashion Show Period and/or Weekly Periods, as applicable, in order to be eligible. Each Mail-In Entry must be mailed separately in order to be eligible (i.e. there is a limit of: thirty (30) total Mail-In Entries, each mailed separately, for the Fashion Show prize drawing, seven (7) total Mail-In Entries per each Week 1, 2, 3, and 4 Entry Period and three total Mail-In Entries per the Week 5 Entry Period, and each must be mailed separately). All Mail-In Entries must be handwritten and must be received by the date indicated in the chart above.
Entry Limit: one entry per person/household/email address per day. There are six ways to earn bonus Sweepstakes entries outlined in the Rules.
