Mail-in Entry: hand-print on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper your name, address, city, state/province, zip code/postal code, daytime phone number (where you can be reached during normal business hours), email address and birth date. All mail-in entries must be mailed to:

Only one mail-in entry per person, per day is permitted, and each mail-in entry will result in the entrant receiving an additional six (6) entries into the Sweepstakes for the Grand Prize drawing for a total of seven (7) entries per mail-in entry. All online entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 23, 2015, and all mail-in entries must be postmarked by January 23, 2015, and received by January 29, 2015.

Entry Limit: one entry per person per day + bonus entries for sharing: by referring a friend to the Sweepstakes, or sharing on Facebook or Twitter. All eligible entries not selected in a particular drawing will remain eligible for the subsequent Weekly Prize drawings.
