Twenty-one (21) Periodic Sweepstakes Winners:
- Two Winners from all eligible entries received during Periodic Sweepstakes Period 1
- Five Winners each from all eligible entries received during Periodic Sweepstakes Periods 2, 3, and 4
- Four Winners from all eligible entries received during Periodic Sweepstakes Period 5
Potential Winners will be notified by telephone or email within one calendar day of selection. The final Potential Winners will be selected during the taping of The Wendy Williams Show scheduled to air on or about October 29, 2015 at 7:00 a.m. PT through November 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. PT during a segment in which a Windfall Sweepstakes challenge question will be played by the Potential Winner for a prize as defined below. The final Potential Winner’s name will be announced on air according to the chronological order in which each selected Potential Winner was randomly selected per Periodic Sweepstakes Period. Potential Prize Winners must be available by landline telephone on the designated episode of the Play Period that Sponsor provides Potential Winner.
Entry Limit: one entry per person per day. Non-winning entries from one Periodic Sweepstakes Period will NOT roll over into future Periodic Sweepstakes Periods.
Twenty-one (21) Prizes: one prize will be awarded during each Play Period. Each prize will have an approximate value ranging from $250.00 to $5,000.00 and will consists of a cash equivalent, such as a check or gift card.
During each day of the Play Period, Wendy Williams, a celebrity guest, member of The Wendy Williams Show staff or audience member will spin Wendy’s Windfall Wheel which contains ten (10) pie wedges with following corresponding prize values.
The potential Winner for that episode of the Play Period, who must be available by landline telephone, will play for the Prize Value on which the Wendy’s Windfall Wheel stops. If the potential Winner answers the challenge question correctly that Wendy asks, he/she will receive the Prize Value for the corresponding Play Period. Each challenge question will be about something that happened or was said in an episode of The Wendy Williams Show during the seven (7) days prior to the episode in which potential Winner is playing. Potential Winner will have fifteen seconds (:15s) total to provide the correct answer audibly by telephone. If a potential Winner does not answer the challenge question correctly or fails to answer the question within fifteen (:15s) seconds, potential Prize Winner will not win the Prize Value, but instead will win a gift card valued at $250.00

Wendy i love you and the show. You make me laugh when i see np light. I have a fifteen year old son( ive had trouble with him when you had trouble with Kevin). I also havr a eight year oldthat would melt your heart. I cant see us having a Christmas this year. Im a single parent barely holding my head up. Wendy, “how-u-doing”…I love the show. One of my favorite segments is “Hot Topics”. You are a stellar reporter who’s not afraid to tell it like it is. I may not always agree with you, but I do respect your shoot-from-hip style. Recently I have fallen in love with, Wendy’s Windfall Sweepstakes. I especially love watching Suzanne, and all her shenanigans. You two make a great team.
