Each eligible Entrant who successfully times the submission of their Entry as a posted entry into the Contest Twitter in a multiple of 20, starting with the 20th Entry and ending with the 800th Entry, during the Entry Period will win a Prize. For example, the Entrants who post the 20th, 40th and 60th Entries on Twitter will be Prize Winners. Only the first listed Tagged Friend in each Entry may be eligible win a Prize.
You may provide a caption, story, or other materials in connection with an Entry; however, such caption, story, and/or other materials will not be considered for the purpose of determining Prize Winners.
Entry Limit: there is no limit to the number of Entries that you may submit, but each Entry must be submitted separately.
Forty (40) Prizes: $10.00 The Cheesecake Factory e-gift card. (one for you, and one for the friend you tag)
Prize Limit: Each Entrant and Tagged Friend may only be eligible to win one prize, regardless of the number of Entries submitted by the Entrant or the number of Entries a Tagged Friend is tagged in.

The ARV of all prizes is given as $800, so I think the tweeter and the tagged friend each receive a $10 e-gift card.
You can’t even buy a meal for $10 at CF, not really worth messing around with it.
