2. Create your own custom football jersey by typing your last name, your favorite number and pick a slogan from their list and click Submit.
3. Save your jersey image to your computer or phone.
4. Go to the Sweeties Sweeps Facebook Group and upload your jersey in a comment and the hashtag #GetGameReady to get one entry.
5. Share the Facebook giveaway post and/or tag a friend in the post to gain unlimited bonus entries.
