Take a photo of your receipt and visit the website to complete the online Offer request form, upload your photo, and provide your payment information to account for the $1.95 shipping and handling cost of the Offer item for the applicable Monthly Period.
No Purchase Entry Method by Mail: To receive eighty one (81) entries without making a purchase or submitting an Offer request, on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper, hand-print your name, complete address, daytime and evening telephone numbers (area code included), and date-of-birth, and mail entry in a properly stamped #10 envelope to:

It seems strange that a person buying raisins and entering this contest through the “buying” method is so tedious while the non-buying, one-time entry-by-mail method is so much easier and gets you 81 entries.
