Entry Limit: one entry per person per week. Non-winning entries from any Weekly Drawing Pool will NOT be carried over to subsequent Weekly Drawing Pools. NYC Territory is defined as people residing in New York City, and within a 15 mile radius of New York City, NY. Non-NYC Territory is defined as people residing in the remainder of the US and DC.
