I wouldn’t qualify for this one. I used Rust Oleum on an outdoor barrel planter, pretty blue – a metal ring around the planter. In less than 6 months it was all rust! My husband said, well, they tell you right on the can it’s “Rust” Oleum!! LOL Oh well, probably works for somebody.
