Judging Criteria: Creativity and originality, Use of PetSmart costume and props, Visual Appeal/Quality of the Photo, Is the Photo clear and in-focus?; Does the Photo pop?, Is the Photo eye-catching?, Extent to which the entry delivers the message of the pet being a key member of the family’s Halloween celebration
