@ Maria, I have won several times from Marlboro, I checked my old emails for source. They usually come from Marlboro and name of sweepakes and the Subject line starts with Congratulations – you have won a prize in the (sweepstakes name)
Also, good to know if you win a prize, click “My Marlboro” in the upper right hand corner on your Marlboro page and in the drop down, select “Service”, your prize will show there (give it time to update if you just won ) You will find status on the processing stage or ETA of shipment. Sometimes you will get a tracking number there once your prize ships so you can watch for it.
