A Proof of Purchase Transaction can occur in two ways:

1. by purchasing Kellogg’s Participating Products and uploading receipts to KFR.com/HeismanSweeps or by texting an image of the receipt from your mobile device to 89332
2. by linking qualifying retailer loyalty cards to your KFR account and purchasing Kellogg’s Participating Products at that retailer.

The entry will be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes (until 10/19/15) and the Weekly Sweepstakes corresponding to the week in which the Proof of Purchase Transaction is received. For Grand Prize Sweepstakes entry must be completed by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/19/15 in order to be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. For Weekly Sweepstakes entry must be completed by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 6/17/16 in order to be entered into the Weekly Sweepstakes. Entries submitted after 10/19/15 are only eligible for the Weekly Sweepstakes and will not be considered for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.

No Purchase Twitter Entry: tweet a digital photo of yourself striking a Heisman pose. You must include the hashtag #HeismanSweeps in your Tweet. Any photo on Twitter tagged with the hashtag #HeismanSweeps may be eligible for this Sweepstakes.

Entry Limit: ten (10) entries per person, per day, regardless of method of entry. Non-winning Weekly Sweepstakes entries will be automatically rolled over into subsequent Weekly Sweepstakes drawings. Additionally, all eligible Weekly Sweepstakes entries received during the Grand Prize Sweepstakes Period will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes drawing.

Ten (10) Grand Prizes: a 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one guest to attend the Official Heisman® Tailgate Party Weekend in New York, NY selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each trip includes: round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one guest between a major commercial airport closest to the winner’s primary U.S. residence and New York NY; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations consisting of one room for three nights; admission for winner and one guest to attend the Official Heisman® Weekend Tailgate Party; $1,500 in the form of a check for the winner only (which may be used toward food, ground transportation, entertainment and miscellaneous expenses while on the trip); and a $500 Ticket Cash Gift Certificate as specified by issuer; ticket issuer is an online ticket broker. Gift certificate is subject to the terms, restrictions and conditions as designated by issuer. Trip must be taken from 12/11/15 through 12/14/15 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
