Once your Pinterest board is complete, complete the Sweepstakes entry form (see website entry link above), including the URL of your Pinterest board.

In the event the Grand Prize winner does not live within a one-hundred (100) mile radius of a Kay® Jewelers store, the limo ride portion of the prize will not be awarded and the remainder of the prize will be mailed/shipped to the winner.
