Email or Text Invite Entry: If you receive an email or text invitation regarding the online survey you must follow the instructions on the invitation to complete the survey to be entered.
Promotional Material Invite Entry: a Valid Receipt Number is required. A Receipt Number may only be entered one (1) time during the Sweepstakes Period and cannot be re-used. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that entrant has entered the Receipt Number correctly.

how do you get an email invite? in the rules it says you can only enter one time during entire sweepstakes period of 16 weeks, with no roll over entries.

I had such a good experience today, when I filed my taxes. I have never actually had fun during that process. Bob and Lee Ann were such warm nice people. I will definitely go back next year. Oh, and I was proud to have great tax return. Can’t get better than that.

I was not happy. 2015 taxes had a mistake which made the refund delayed. Got know reimbursement for there mistake. Thought I would give them another chance for 2016 taxes. The staff was very rude and inconsiderate. People had been sitting and waiting for over 6 hours. When it was brought up to a staff member she got rude and very hateful with the client in front of other clients. I have been getting my taxes done with Jackson Hewitt for the past 7 years. I will never let them prepare my taxes again. Sincerely yours Kelly Bohannon. PS. I walked out of the office on Dec. 15 2016 with my tax information in my hand and will be going to someone else. Very dissatisfied.

Very low customer service…. she gave me an appointment at 6pm… I had been waiting there for 30 min then she called another lady… I asked her why she was first If I had an appointment… she told me because she was first… what’s the point of appointments then??? She didnt know what she was doing… she didn’t even say sorry or anything she just got back in her computer with the costumer.. what a wasted of time… smh

I had a bad experience initially when I walked in to a WalMart set up. It was the first time I was filing single since my divorce so you can imagine the emotional trauma after 31 years. I walked out without having my taxes done. Then I saw a little stand-a-lone at 2711 S Main St., Middletown, OH. I decided to walk in and see. Wanda Wills was there and I have been going back ever since. She was compassionate and understanding. Then I retired and had a complete mess on my hands regarding taxes. She methodically set the tax situation in order. Did I have to pay? YES but I paid with the understanding that I was walking into the next year clear, clean and on top of my game because of her advice. I just finished my filing for 2016 – painlessly I might add! I dropped off the stuff and went back to sign. With such a long standing relationship with Wanda Wills I was comfortable leaving everything. I firmly believe the relationship with Jackson Hewitt – whether I paid or got a refund-has been rewarding (except the WalMart experience). I think all tax prep folks should be commended given their long hours and involved knowledge requirements. But I will always be grateful to Wanda Wills for her care during some very difficult times in my filing “alone” career! But, why do you have someone verify they are human? What is with that? Now that seems a bit out there for me.

Customer service was very poor I made an appointment at 11am stood there until 12pm still was not seen so I called to reschedule for the next day when I got there at 11am the next day not only was someone in my spot I literally had to stand and wait again!!! What is the point of making an appointment?? I WILL NOT be going through JacksonHewitt tax services EVER again!!!
