Postcard entry: Send a postcard postmarked during the Promotion Period, and received by Sponsor no later than January, 12, 2014 with first and last name, email address, date of birth, street address, city and zip code, preferred t-shirt size (S, M, L, or XL), and a statement in substantially the following form: “Please enter my name in the Summer T-Shirt Sweepstakes for me.”
