Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and members of the Fresh Step Paw Points Rewards Program at the time of entry.

Entry Dates: January 1, 2013 and ends on June 30, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Using Rewards Points to Enter: for every 15 Rewards Points you redeem, you will receive one Sweepstakes entry for the applicable Monthly Entry Period drawing.

Enter By Mail: To enter the Sweepstakes without redeeming Rewards Points, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), age and name of prize you are entering for on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to
