Eligibility: US, DC, (excluding Utah), 21 and older

Entry Dates: October 1, 2015 and ends on November 8, 2015 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Judging Criteria: up to 50 points for adherence to the Legendary theme; up to 40 points for creativity and originality; up to 10 points for technical merit (clarity and resolution of photo, correct length of caption, grammar, spelling, etc.).

For Facebook Entries: upload a photo of yourself wearing a Casillero del Diablo-themed costume, and select which of the three elements are featured in your photo:

1. Devil or “Diablo”
2. Wine
3. Casillero del Diablo

Entries that do not feature at least one of these three elements may select the forth option, “Other” and will not be valid for the Grand Prize but will be eligible for the Second Prize. You may also include an optional description of 150 words or less briefly explaining why your costume fits the Casillero del Diablo theme (every word including “a” and “the” for example counts). The description must match the photo image submitted in order to be valid.

Twitter and Instagram Entry:

1. Follow @DiabloWine on Twitter, and/or @DiabloWine on Instagram.
2. Upload a photo showing your best Casillero del Diablo-themed costume, and Tag @DiabloWine and include #DIABLOHALLOWEEN.
3. This is Sponsor’s description of potential photos inspired by Casillero del Diablo: 1) features a Devil or “Diablo” image, 2) Features Wine, 3) Features Casillero del Diablo. Entries that do not feature one of these three requirements will not be eligible for the Grand Prize, but will be eligible for the Second Prize.
