Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older (19 or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) as of time/date of entry and have a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID
Entry Dates: August 19, 2024 – September 2, 2024 at 11:59 pm ET
Entry Limit: one entry per person

Prize (1): $10,000 and early access (before national release) to new flavors of Lay’s potato chips being released in 2025, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
The potential winner will be notified via direct message on either Instagram, TikTok, X (depending on which platform the potential winner was selected) in a commercially reasonable time after the applicable drawing. The potential winner must be a follower of the handle they entered on until sixty (60) days after the Sweepstakes Period for notification purposes.
