Eligibility: Residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who are the parent/legal guardian of a child/legal ward between the ages of five (5) and twelve (12) years old at the time of entry

Entry Limit: One Contest Entry per person. One Instant Win Play per person per day. Contest Judging Criteria: Creativity/Originality (50%); Playfulness (Design is child appropriate, fun and/or engaging) (25%); Bright/colorful (25%).
Contest Voting Phase: During the Voting Phase (November 1 – 15), the Finalists’ Submissions will be posted in an online gallery for public voting at the Website. Each person may only vote one time per day during the Voting Phase.
