The Promotion will consist of two components: a Sweepstakes and an Instant Win Game.

Dates: begins at 2:00 PM ET prior to the start of the first game of the 2021 NBA Conference Finals (6/20/21) and ends at 1:00 AM ET following the conclusion of the last game of the NBA Finals 2021 (latest possible date 7/23/21). For clarity the Sweepstakes will only be accepting entries between 7:00 PM ET – 1:00 AM ET on NBA Game nights during the Sweepstakes Period, with the exception of Sweepstakes Entry Period #1 and Game Entry Period #1 which will only be accepting entries between 2:00 PM ET – 9:00 PM ET. The Sweepstakes will have two Entry Periods (outlined below)

Instant Win Game: The Game begins at 2:00 PM Eastern Time ET prior to the start of the first game of the 2021 NBA Conference Finals (earliest possible date 6/20/21) and ends at 1:00 AM ET following the conclusion of the last game of the NBA Finals 2021 (latest possible date 7/23/21). For clarity the Game will only be open for Game Plays (defined below) during the Game Period outlined below. The Game Period will have up to 21 Game Entry Periods (outlined below).
