How to Enter: submit an essay (no less than 500 characters and no more than 1,000 characters) describing your dream art project, and upload one (1) supporting document compliant with Sponsor’s digital upload requirements set forth in the Promotion’s entry portal

Judging Criteria: Originality (35%); Artistic Merit (30%); Community Focus (25%); Achieve-ability (10%)
