Sign up to attend a Purina Check-R-Board® Days event! Attendees will have a chance to register for the Sweepstakes at the event to win a 2019 Polaris Ranger 500 and other prizes

In-Store: There are two ways to participate in and enter the Sweepstakes: Complete an original official entry form as outlined on the form available at participating Purina retailers, OR Complete an original official “Digital” entry form available at participating Purina retailers. No purchase necessary to obtain either paper or digital official entry form (whichever is made available at the Purina retail location).

Entries must be submitted on the official entry form and may be submitted in person at participating Purina retailers through December 31, 2019 or mailed to:

Mailed entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2019 and received by January 11, 2020. No copies or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. There is a limit of one Sweepstakes entry per person, regardless of method of entry, during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Grand Prize (1): One 2019 Polaris Ranger 500. The Utility Vehicle is equipped with standard features and all Utility Vehicle specifications are subject to Sponsor’s complete discretion. Winner must pick up Utility Vehicle from the authorized Polaris Dealer nearest winner’s residence within thirty days of notice from Sponsor of Utility Vehicle availability. ARV $9,499

First Prize (1): Trip-for-Two to the Purina Animal Nutrition Center in Gray Summit, Missouri. ARV: up to $3,000

Second Prize (1): Orion 65 Cooler. ARV $499
