Guess how many Valentine’s conversation hearts are in the jar and you could win big! The grand prize winner will receive $500, and three runners-up will each receive $50!
Winner Determination: All entries will be judged by the editors of Food Network Magazine whose decisions are final based on the following criteria: the number closest to the actual number of conversation hearts in the jar shown in the image. In the event of a tie, the winner will be chosen at random from the tied submissions.
Grand Prize (1): $500 awarded in the form of a check.
Runner-up Prize (3): $50 awarded in the form of a check.
Official Rules: Open to US, Canada, Void QC, 18+/age of majority. Begins on January 4, 2019 and ends on February 1, 2019. One entry per person.
For the name(s) of the Winner(s), send a separate self-addressed, stamped envelope to Food Network Magazine, Who’s Counting January/February 2019 Winners’ List, Winners’ List, Hearst Communications, Inc., 300 West 57th Street NY, NY 10019 within two months from the Winner notification date.

I went to enter the Who’s counting contest with the salt water taffy. Not only was there no way to sign up but there were all sorts of comments from people who had tried to enter past contests and ended up in the same place. Maybe until you can get someone to keep up with your website you should not have contests.
