Enter a Unique Code from Smithfield Purchase: Purchase a participating Smithfield bacon variety below, visit www.smithfield.com/baconforlife and follow the instructions to enter the Unique Code found within on pack messaging along with other required information. Entrants will receive one entry for each valid Unique Code entered during the promotion period. A maximum of one hundred Unique Codes can be entered during the promotion period.

Mail-In AMOE: Receive one Entry by hand printing your name, mailing address, phone number, email address and Smithfield “Bacon for Life” Sweepstakes on a 3-1/2″ x 5″ card and mailing it via first class mail with proper postage. Mail all entries to:

Entry will be based upon the date received (in the case of electronic Entry) or postmarked date (in case of Mail-in entry). All Mail-in Entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2018 and received by January 7, 2019.

Sponsor also reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to distribute Codes at various times throughout the Promotion Period through additional means which may include, but not be limited to, the following: (a) on game cards distributed at select sampling sites and events, (b) by e-mail to members of Smithfield’s free Friends & Family program (subject to the terms and limitations set forth in such e-mail); or (c) through retailer specific promotions.

Grand Prize (1): “Bacon for Life,” calculated as one package of bacon per week for up to 50 years. Prize to be fulfilled as follows: first five years awarded as 260 coupons with a value of up to $7.99 each and the remaining 45 years of the prize amount will be distributed via a cash gift card that may be used to purchase Smithfield products at a local distribution channel. Gift card will hold a value of $18,700. ARV: $20,777

First Prize (5): “Bacon for a Year”, which will be awarded in the form of a coupon book of 52 coupons with a value of up to $7.99 each. ARV: $416

Second Prize (5): A custom “Bacon Bicycle”. ARV: $245

Third Prize (10): A custom Smithfield cornhole board. ARV: $250

Fourth Prize (500): A set of four custom-printed Smithfield pint glasses. ARV: $18.85

Fifth Prize (500):  A set of four custom-printed Smithfield “slap koozies”. ARV: $15.80
