Watch “EXTRA” each day between Monday, July 23, 2018 and Friday, July 27, 2018 (participating markets only, check your local listing for time of broadcast). During the daily episode of the Show, an entry word will appear on screen. Enter after the Word of the Day appears onscreen during the Show, within twenty-four hours of the Show’s original airing (which originally airs daily at 1:00 p.m. PDT).
The Word of the Day must be correct. If any entry includes an incorrect Word of the Day, that entry will be disqualified. The applicable Word of the Day will be valid during the Entry Period, which starts at the first syndicated time in which the Show first airs live (typically at 1:00:00 p.m. PDT) until twenty-four (24) hours thereafter (typically ending at 12:59 pm PDT the following day).
Grand Prize (1): A trip and general admission tickets for up to four people (i.e., Grand Prize winner and up to three guests to Universal Studios Hollywood. Includes: Round trip, coach class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and up to three guests from the major airport closest to Grand Prize winner’s home to Los Angeles, California; Non-exclusive ground transportation to/from the airport in Los Angeles, California and to/from the hotel and USH; Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to four people in a maximum of one room, quadruple occupancy, at the Sheraton Universal Hotel (or another nearby hotel); General Admission tickets for two days admission to Universal Studios Hollywood for the Grand Prize winner and up to three guests. The Grand Prize Package must be awarded by August 24, 2018 and travel must be completed no later than August 31, 2019. ARV: $4,470
First Prize (5): Four Universal Express tickets for Winner and up to three guests. Universal Express tickets will be valid through August 31, 2019. ARV: $516. TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED.
