Online: Upload a Selfie photo of you along with any one of the following Participating Products – actual food or actual food with packaging.

Apparently Mobil is saling old cookies. I was going to enter sweepstakes that was over 6 months ago and sweepstakes started 9 months ago so they could be that old.
