In the event a First Prize Winner does not have a registered Ibotta account, he or she will be directed by Sponsor to download the free Ibotta App by visiting the Apple App Store or Google Play, follow the instructions to register for a free Ibotta account to receive his or her prize. First Prize Winners that are directed to download the free Ibotta App and register for a free Ibotta account will have one (1) week from the date of initial contact from Sponsor to register for his or her Ibotta account, in the event the aforementioned First Prize Winner fails to download the free Ibotta App and register for a free Ibotta account within the specified one week window, the First Prize Winner will become disqualified from the Giveaway and ineligible to claim a prize or receive any type of compensation.
