Suzette this is what it says in official rules. Keep in mind sweetiessweeps just let’s people know about contests, they are not the ones running them. There is an address at the bottom of the official rules. You might be able to write them to find out a list of winners.
2. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified within one (1) month of the last day of the Contest, via e-mail, and/or at Sponsor’s discretion, via phone or postal mail. In the event the Winner doesn’t respond to Sponsor’s notification or does not accept the prize within five (5) business days of notification, the prize will be deemed forfeited and an alternate Winner will be selected.

Hello, my daughter Kameryn Turner submitted her coloring of the tea pot and cup. She is on the Autism Spectrum and constantly ask me if she won and when will they call. She was and still excited about her art work, so please let us know something we continue to check the website for her picture. Thank you.
