Official Rules: open to US, DC, Canada (excluding Quebec), 18/age of majority and older. Begins on February 8 and ends on March 1. One entry per person.

To enter you will need to an original recipe name for the Dumpling Recipe.

Judging Criteria: Originality (50%) and Creativity (50%). In the unlikely event that two or more valid entries contain the identical recipe name (including punctuation) and are selected as Winner, the Judges will draw Winner by random selection.

One (1) Grand Prize: A $500 check and may have their winning recipe name and their photo appear in a future issue of Food Network Magazine. Three (3) Runner-up Prizes: A $50 gift check, and their winning recipe name may appear in a future issue of Food Network Magazine.

    you say it is open to Canadian residents ? Then why does the zip code area, not allow for the Canadian area code, as we refer to it here? Seems rather odd that i tried to enter for the chance to win 5 grand for entering but when I had to include my code, it would not accept it.This is very odd. My area code is v2n6n5
