Official Rules: open to US, DC, (excluding Alaska, Hawaii), 21 and older. Begins on November 13 and ends on February 23. One entry per person per day. All non-winning entries received during each calendar week will NOT be rolled over and entered into the subsequent Weekly Drawing, if any.
