Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the aforementioned age in their province of residence at time of entry are also eligible to enter. Begins on May 16, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. ET through June 6, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET. One entry per person. Winner will be notified within one (1) month of the last day of the Contest
Judging Criteria: Originality (50%) and Creativity (50%)
Prizes: One Grand Prize Winner will receive a $500 check (ARV: $500) and may have their winning recipe name and their photo appear in a future issue of Food Network Magazine. Three Runners-Up will each receive a $50 gift check, and their winning recipe name may appear in a future issue of Food Network Magazine (ARV: $50)

I don’t understand why the magazine is not telling us who the winners are anymore to either the contests in 2017 of the dish or the coloring. Does anyone know what’s going on? It makes me want to cancel my subscription.
