The rules explain what you need to have a valid tweet, and they don’t actually mention the photo. I’m just trying to follow the rules – tag three friends, use the hashtags, and follow @manwich – I’m using one of those random manwich pictures just for good measure, have no idea where it originally came from – and hopefully they will honor these tweets.
