To enter Online you must have a Macy’s gift registry with an aggregate value of not less than $500. If you do not have a Registry, you may visit any participating Macy’s store or macys.com/registry to create one.
Mail-in Without Creating a Registry Entry: mail a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper with your name, home mailing address, email address, day/evening phone numbers, and date of birth in an envelope with proper postage to:
