Sweepstakes Rating: Okay (Official Rules)

Eligibility: US, DC, 18 and older

Entry Dates: January 16, 2017 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on April 30, 2017

Winner Determination: Administrator will randomly select 40,000 finalists from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or around May 1, 2017. Sponsor will label and place 40,000 cups (one per Finalist) on the ground. A drone will drop five Oreos randomly into five cups. Each Finalist associated with a cup with an Oreo will be deemed a potential Grand Prize winner. If a cup is missed or two Oreos drop into a single cup, the drone will drop Oreos again until five Oreos each land in a cup.

How to Enter: Take a photo or video of you dunking an OREO in milk or, to enter without dunking an OREO in milk, visit a store location and take a photo or video of yourself with an Oreo product package in store.

Instagram or Twitter Entry: and post or Tweet your photo or video and include the hashtag #OreoDunkSweepstakes.

Facebook Entry: visit the Oreo Facebook page, and locate the Sweepstakes post. Upload your photo or video as a comment to the Sponsor’s post and include the hashtag #OreoDunkSweepstakes.

Entry Limit: one unique entry per person per day, regardless of your method of entry.

Five (5) Grand Prizes:  Roundtrip, coach class air travel for winner and three guests from major airport nearest winner’s residence to either Los Angeles, CA or New York City, NY (location determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 5 days/4 nights hotel accommodations (single room, quad occupancy) at a hotel determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion; and attendance for four to a Celebrity OREO Dunk event (all details of event are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).
