Click on the Facebook or Instagram links, and comment on Facebook with a picture you have taken showing your local/regional rendition of the relevant food type for the applicable Contest Entry Period and a caption that describes the food pictured, your local region, and what makes the food unique to your local region; post a picture on Instagram that you have taken showing your local/regional rendition of the relevant food type for the applicable Contest Entry Period.
