How To Enter:
App Entry: To participate in the Sweepstakes via the app, download the app via a smartphone or tablet (Google Play App | Apple App) Once the game has been downloaded a screen will prompt the participant to enter. The participant will be prompted to scan a Heinz Ketchup bottle label and then enter the following required information on the entry form including: full name, email address and Age verification. After participant enters the required information, they can then submit their entry via the app. Limit one entry per individual daily.
