If you are currently a Geoffrey’s Birthday Club Member or sign up (or enroll) to become a member by 9/30/2016 you will automatically receive one Sweepstakes Entry into the Grand Prize Drawing per eligible child registered.
If you are accessing the promotion for the first time, you will be required to complete the registration, by entering your true and correct information as well as information for up to six (6) children. Limit of up to six children. A child who turns eleven years old prior to 9/30/2016, is not be eligible. Upon completing the registration form you will receive one Sweepstakes Entry into the Grand Prize Drawing per eligible child registered. You will also receive one Entry into the Monthly Drawing for each eligible child registered which will be applied to the Monthly Drawing of their Birthday Month Only.
