I was wondering the same thing. It does not say in the rules that I can see. I tried entering the others and it let me enter all of them except the Zephyrhills one, which may be bugged.
Either way with such a small ARV it’s only worth to enter once then move on.
Anyone gotten the Zephyrhills entry to work? That one has never worked for me using IE or Chrome. Always goes to an Error page when I submit my info.
