Create a Registry Entry: Create a Registry at Macy’s and obtain your registry ID. During the Promotion Period, visit macys.com/registrysweeps and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and registry ID. You automatically will receive one Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Daily Entry Period drawing and one Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing. If you enter on March 31, 2016, you will only receive one Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

Mail-in Entry (Without Creating a Registry):  hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to:

You will receive one Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Daily Entry Period drawing and one Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked on the applicable Entry Period and received within five business days as outlined in the table in Section 3 of the Official Rules. If your mail-in entry is postmarked on March 31, 2016, you will only receive one Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing.

Entry Limit: one entry per person per day, regardless of method of entry. Non-winning Daily Entry Period entries will not carry over into subsequent Daily Entry Period drawings.
